Do I need a guarantor or Mexican credit history?+
No. We only require a valid ID (passport or student card) and the corresponding security deposit. No guarantor, no credit history, no bureaucracy — perfect for international and exchange students.
What is the minimum rental period for students?+
The minimum is 1 full month (30 nights). We also offer semester packages (4–6 months) with a progressive discount.
How far is the housing from UNAM and other universities?+
Our properties are in Coyoacán, with easy access by public transport (metro, metrobús) to UNAM, ITAM, Iberoamericana, and other universities in Mexico City. Coyoacán is a strategic neighborhood for students.
Is the WiFi fast enough for online classes?+
